We want you to love your Leveret purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility

We only accept returns for items purchased directly through www.leveret.com.

We cannot process returns made through third-party purchases.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and items must be received within 45 days of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final sale, clearance, or discontinued items are not returnable or refundable. Any such items sent back will not be refunded or returned.
Return Shipping

For U.S. returns, a $6.99 flat fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.

For international returns, use a carrier of your choice with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.
Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

If you choose store credit, you’ll receive a 10% bonus, issued as a reusable virtual gift card.
Gift Returns
We are unable to process exchanges or refunds for gifts unless you have the original order number.
How to Start a Return
Use our Returns Portal to make your return fast and easy:

Log in using your order number at the Returns Portal.

Select items you wish to return or exchange.

Choose your option:

Return for refund

Exchange for a different item

Store credit (with a 10% bonus)

Download your USPS QR code for drop-off.

Drop off your return at any USPS location listed in the portal.

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Leveret is not responsible for returns shipped without tracking, sent to the wrong address, or lost in transit.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS: Leveret’s return policy applies to all Canadian orders. All products ship from the United States. Thus, Canadian Customers will receive international shipments and, therefore, may be subject to certain import taxes, customs duties and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the Customer. Customer will also be responsible for all return shipping charges, even if the product is defective. Import taxes, customs duties and fees will not be refunded. If the item is received by Leveret after the 45-day return deadline set forth in paragraph 2, Leveret will not process your return. In such a case, Leveret is not responsible for sending the item back; however, if the Customer elects to pay shipping costs, including import taxes, custom duties and fees, Leveret may, at its discretion, send the item back to the Customer.
