We are located and ship from Moonachie, New Jersey.
Where do you ship to?
We ship only to United States & Canada.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For all US orders: Under $20 there is a $2.99 flat rate shipping fee, free shipping to all orders above $20 and free priority shipping for all orders above $100. For express/overnight shipping, we charge the same amount Fedex/UPS charges us. This is calculated at checkout.
For international orders: A USPS shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Within continental U.S it will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are located. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.
Has my order been received/shipped?
You will get two automated emails with confirmation of the order & shipment. If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder.
Is it safe to shop at Leveret.com?

I want to cancel my order.
Please contact us here. If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel your order up front. Otherwise you will have to proceeed with a Regular return.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Free returns & exchange within 30 days of purchase for all United States orders. No returns accepted for international orders. All international sales are final.

Why is my promocode not working?
Promocodes and sales are only valid for US orders. Sales are not applicable to Canadian orders.
You may have exceeded the usage limit or that promocode (e.g. one time use per customer).
What is the best washing method for Leveret pajamas?
Wash inside out and on a cold setting. Organic items have a bigger shrinkage rate. If your items shrank a lot after the first wash, consider air drying them, or to tumble dry at a lower temperature. Washing or drying with extremely hot temperatures might damage natural cotton garments.
What is my size?
We have a size chart in each product page.
Safety is our priority. All of our pajamas comply with CPSC safety guidelines. Children’s pajamas are required to be snug fitted. You might consider sizing up if your child's measurement is above average.
Are the organic pajamas certified?
Yes, They are certified organic cotton, recognized by GOTS ( GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD).
