These questions only apply to orders placed on Leveret.com.
If you have purchased Leveret items through a third party vendor, please contact their customer support.

 

Where is Leveret located?

We are located and ship from Moonachie, New Jersey.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States & Canada.
 
 

I want to cancel / edit  my order.

Due to the high volume of orders and fast shipping we are unable to cancel/change orders. 

I have entered an incorrect shipping address on my order.

We are unable to change the shipping address, so make sure to take time to double check that it's correct. It is not our responsibility to replace the product if the error was due to incorrectly entered shipping address. If the package is returned to sender we will reach out to have it resent at the customer's expense.

I received a gift and I want to exchange it.

We can only refund or exchange gifts if you have an order number. 

 

What is the policy with promocodes?

You may only use one promo code at a time.

We run many flash sales and our promo codes often expire.

We have no control or responsibility on promo codes or sales that coupon third-party websites claim we are doing. Please consult with us for active discounts.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

For all US orders: free shipping to all orders above $49.99 via USPS. You can find the USPS option at checkout. For express/overnight shipping, we charge the same amount FedEx/UPS charges us. This is calculated at checkout.

 

How long does shipping take?

Within continental U.S it will take 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are located. Shipping estimates for Canada is provided at checkout.

Arrival estimates are provided as a guideline only, not a guarantee. All items will be shipped out within the next 24-48 hours  after your order is placed. Please add extra day(s) to the estimate provided at checkout. 2/3 days after ordering you should be able to get an accurate arrival estimate from the tracking code that is provided to you. Any questions feel free to call our customer support line.

 

Has my order been received/shipped?

You will get two automated emails with confirmation of the order & shipment. If you didn't receive it, please check your spam folder.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we are currently shipping to Canada.

    

What is your return/exchange policy?

Why is my promo code not working?

You may have exceeded the usage limit or that promo code (e.g. one time use per customer).

Only 1 promocode may be redeemed at a time.

 

What is the best washing method for Leveret pajamas?

Wash inside out and on a cold setting. Organic items have a bigger shrinkage rate. If your items shrank a lot after the first wash, consider air drying them, or to tumble dry at a lower temperature. Washing or drying with extremely hot temperatures might damage natural cotton garments.

 

What is my size?

We have a size chart on each product page.
Safety is our priority. All of our pajamas comply with CPSC safety guidelines. Children’s pajamas are required to be snug fitted. You might consider sizing up if your child's measurement is above average.

 

Are the organic pajamas certified?

Yes, They are certified organic cotton, recognized by GOTS ( GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD).
