We have a size chart available on every product page to help you find the best fit. Safety is our priority, and all of our children’s pajamas comply with applicable CPSC safety guidelines. Children’s pajamas are required to fit snugly for safety, so if your child’s measurements are above average for their age or size, we recommend considering sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Only one promo code may be used per order. We regularly run flash sales and promotions, so promo codes may expire or change without notice. We are not responsible for promo codes or sales advertised by third-party coupon websites, as these sites may list expired or inaccurate offers. For the most up-to-date information on active discounts and promotions, please check with us directly.

Wash inside out and on a cold setting. If your items shrank a lot after the first wash, consider air drying them, or to tumble dry at a lower temperature. Washing or drying with extremely hot temperatures might damage natural cotton garments.

Any children’s pajama that is made from polyester, which includes the fleece sets, flannel sets, and nightgowns are required to have flame retardant added to them based on CPSC guidelines. All 100% cotton pajamas do NOT have flame retardant added but must be tight fitting in accordance to the CPSC guidelines.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Within continental U.S it will take 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are located. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.

Arrival estimates are provided as a guideline only, not a guarantee. All items will be shipped out within the next 24-48 hours  after your order is placed. Please add extra day(s) to the estimate provided at checkout. 2-3 days after ordering you should be able to get an accurate arrival estimate from the tracking code that is provided to you. For all US orders: shipping is calculated and we offer free shipping to all orders above $75. The total of the order must be $75 after any discounts or promo codes are applied. You can find the USPS option at checkout. For express/overnight shipping, the rate is calculated by the carrier at checkout

For international orders, shipping and duties are calculated at checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders and fast shipping we are unable to cancel/change orders. 

We are unable to change the shipping address, so make sure to take time to double check that it's correct. It is not our responsibility to replace the product if the error was due to incorrectly entered shipping address. If the package is returned to sender we will reach out to have it resent at the customer's expense.

We ship from New Jersey.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to initiate a return, you may use the return portal or email contact@leveret.com within 30 days of purchase at which time you will receive return instructions. 

We must receive the item(s) that you wish to return within 45 days of purchase.

Products that are marked as clearance items, discontinued items, final sale, or similar denotation are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit. If sent back, these items will not be refunded or returned back to the customer.

We can only refund or exchange gifts if you have an order number.
