How to size the whole family
Matching pajamas only work if everyone's fit is right. Here's how our sizes run for each family member, so you can order everyone in one go. For exact measurements, use the size chart on each product page.
The 3 things to know first
- Cotton shrinks. Our cotton product pages say the pajamas will shrink by a few inches after washing. If you're between sizes, or want a roomier fit, consider sizing up.
- Kids' pajamas fit close. Kids' pajamas are cut snug to meet children's sleepwear fire-safety standards.
- Adult cotton sets are slim-fit. The two-piece cotton sets have ribbed cuffs at the wrists and ankles for a slim fit.

Fit notes from our models
- Women's: the model is 5'10" and wears a Small (Women's Two-Piece Cotton Moose). Another model is 5'11" and wears a Small (Women's Penguin Cotton).
- Men's: models are 6'2" in a Medium (Mens Two Piece Cotton Moose) and 5'10" in a Medium (Mens Penguin Cotton).
- Dogs: a French Bulldog wears a Medium (Dog Cotton Moose), and a Golden Retriever wears an XL (Big Dog Moose).
Sizing your dog
Dog pajamas have four leg holes and an open bottom. The Dog Red & Black Plaid page describes a loose fit with an elastic waist and a snug fit around each leg. Big Dog styles have two front sleeves for larger breeds. The dog product pages say cotton shrinks, so sizing up may suit a dog who likes a looser fit. Measure your dog and use the dog size chart (/pages/size-chart-dog-size-charts).
Robes and fleece
Fleece robes have a relaxed fit with a self-tie belt and room to layer. The product page suggests sizing up for a looser fit.
